Kelly toured the facilities of the Monash Alfred Psychiatric Research Centre with Prof. Kulkarni, Mr Anthony de Castella and Dennyse Riach. MAPrc are on the cutting edge of research into treatment of mental illness and depression.
MAPrc specialise in research into schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, major depression and major anxiety disorders. There are also dedicated departments for woman’s mental health and teen depression.
It is centers like MAPrc that maintain Australia’s reputation as a world leader for medical research.
